Benefits of Pilates
Pilates gets your mind in tune with your body.  By learning proper breathing, and correct spinal and pelvic alignment, you become aware of how your body feels, where it is in space, and how to control its movement.  The quality of movement is valued over quantity of repetition.

Pilates elongates and strengthens, improving muscle elasticity and joint mobility.  Pilates conditions the whole body.  Your body will become balanced and conditioned, helping you enjoy all your life's activities with greater ease.

Mondays

8:30-9:15 am - Pilates Morning Stretch
12:00-1:00 pm - Pilates Fletcher Floor

Tuesdays

4:30-5:30 pm - Pilates Foam Roller Combo

Wednesdays

12:00-1:00 pm  - Pilates Mat Combo

Classes are a great way to work out with a friend or family member.  We offer Mat, Fletcher Floor, Towel/Circle, Morning Stretch, and Foam Roller.

Class Descriptions

Fletcher Floor Work is an artistic and challenging alternative to the original Pilates mat work.  Based on Ron Fletcher's studies with Martha Graham, Fletcher Floorwork introduces thoughtful, creative movement patterns that depart from the classic matwork structure.

Fletcher Towelwork developed by Pilates Master Ron Fletcher over the past 4 decades, are signature Fletcher Pilates techniques which are highly effective stabilizing and range of motion exercises.  Learn beautifully artistic movement patterns that will challenge your mind, breath and body.

Fletcher Matwork is based on correct alignment, balance, precise intiation and spinal articulation, foundational concepts and principles of the pilates method.  Participants will gain a deeper understanding in Pilates matwork through an in-depth focus on the Fletcher Fundamentals and Percussive Breath techniques.

Foamroller Class will help to provide additional body awareness and develop better posture while challenging core strength.  This class will help you to increase strength, stability, and balance while decreasing muscle stress and tension.

 

Introductory Session - $35

This session is to help you determine your fitness goals and needs. You will be introduced to the equipment used in Pilates and determine what is the best approach for your individual needs. This is your first step to a life changing experience with Pilates.

Reformer Private Session

1 Hour Private Session - $65
Package of 5 - $300

Get results the most effective way in a Private Reformer Session.  These sessions are specifically tailored to your goals and needs in a private setting.
