| $10 Kid's/ Family Yoga Classes
Family/Kid's Yoga $10/$5 This class is to bring the family together...."Yoga" joining and uniting as one. Come share some quality time with your children as you practice and have some interactive fun with each other. This class is to help you bring harmony to your child and to your family unit. Great class for ALL AGES! All Welcome!

Prenatal & Gentle Yoga Class
Prenatal and Gentle Yoga Classes every Thursday 12:00-1:15 pm and Sundays 12:00-1:15 pm - wonderful class for beginners and those that are pregnant. We will learn how to embrace the changes in our body as we create harmony. This class is not only great for ladies that are pregnant, but also those that are wanting a gentler, loving class that honors the body. Kriste Matthew will nurture you on your journey! |
