Kula Heart Yoga and Wellness Center offers classes in yoga, creative movement, Pilates, and WELLNESS. We believe in furthering our learning and offer Yoga Teacher Training, In-depth study in Hatha Yoga, Anusara Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Kids Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Therapy Training programs. We offer quality Massage Therapy, Yoga Therapy and Therapeutic Yoga in the Lehigh Valley.
We are a premier YOGA STUDIO, bringing International renowned Anusara Yoga Teachers to further our learning and growth as we FLOW WITH GRACE.
As a Community Center for the whole family, we share our passions while making new friends. It is a space for personal growth and transformation, that will empower one another as we tap into the potential gifts of the individual. We honor and respect one another with kindness and truthfulness, we will expand into our global community providing active service from the heart.
